Cleaning Your K&H Deluxe Lectro-Soft
The brown 600-denier nylon bolster cover can be wiped clean with a damp sponge. The fleece covered heated pad in center of bed has a removable cover that can be machine washed in cool water. Tumble dry no heat.

Don’t be fooled by inferior electrical products that have not been tested and certified by an accredited nationally recognized testing laboratory.
Testing your heated bed: You’ll notice that the K&H Outdoor Heated Pads & Beds may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. That is normal!! You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the pad. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. Do not use an extension cord during this test. Do not place anything on the pad (other than the fleece cover provided) any other time. This should only be done during testing.
